Robert Morgan is hunted because he holds a secret that identifies the man responsible for the third World War. This contract was a direct cause of the war. Robert and his friends head back to the USA to bring justice to President Mooney who is still actively hunting Robert because he's afraid people will find out about his involvement in the war. They spread the word, thereby attracting dangerous attention.
